How it works  ·  setup, then email, then one meeting a month

We set it up. Gail runs it. You email her.

Here's exactly what happens from the day you sign up: what we set up, what Gail does each month, what you send her, where a person steps in, and what you see at month end.

Setup

Our team does the setup, so Gail starts with everything she needs. Your part is one call and some access.

  • Audit and strategyWhere you're losing leads now, and the plan for your first three months.
  • Your brand and voiceRead from your website and the onboarding call, so Gail writes like you.
  • Website connectionSo Gail can publish pages and articles to your site.
  • Social accountsYour two platforms, connected for scheduling.
  • Ads and trackingGoogle and Meta ad accounts, Search Console and Analytics, so results can be measured.

What we need from you

  • One onboarding call about your business and goals
  • Access to your website, social, ad and Google accounts
  • A card on your Google and Meta ad accounts, if you're running ads
Every month

Gail works the plan

Each month starts with a plan built from your goals and last month's results. Then she makes and publishes the work, without waiting on you.

Week 2New or fixed pagesSecond articleAds adjusted
Week 3Lead set (quarterly)Third articleMore posts

A typical rhythm. Gail moves effort to whatever is earning most, so no two months look the same. See what's included.

Any day

You email Gail

Write to her like you'd write to a colleague. She replies straight away and gets on with it. You don't have to email at all; if you don't, she sticks to the plan.

Ask for something"We've got a new treatment from next month. Can we get it out there?"Gail: A page for it this week, a launch article and four posts. I'll move some ad budget to it from the 1st.
Correct something"The prices on that page are last year's."Gail: Thanks, fixed. I've checked your other pages and they were right.
Ask a question"Is the Facebook ad doing anything?"Gail: Fourteen enquiries this month at R86 each. Google is cheaper per enquiry, so I'd shift R500 there. Shall I?

All the time

A person checks her work

Gail's work goes live without waiting for your approval. That's what keeps it fast and affordable. A Digileads marketer reviews it after it ships, and anything that needs judgement goes to a person first.

Gail handles

  • Writing and publishing articles, pages and posts
  • Day-to-day ad adjustments within your budget
  • Your requests and corrections
  • Tracking rankings and AI search

A person decides

  • Changes to your budget
  • An unhappy customer or a sensitive reply
  • A change of strategy
  • Anything Gail isn't sure about
Once a month

Your report and meeting

At month end you get a report and a meeting with a Digileads marketer. You see what ran, what it cost and what it brought in, and agree what's next.

Questions

Before you start

Can I approve things before they go live?

No, and that's deliberate. Waiting for approvals is what slows most marketing down. If you want something changed, reply to Gail and she'll change it.

What if I never email Gail?

That's fine. She follows the monthly plan and you'll see everything in your report.

Does my website need to be on WordPress?

For Gail to publish pages and articles straight to your site, yes. If your site runs on something else, we'll talk it through after your audit.

Which social platforms?

Any two you choose, for example Instagram and Facebook, or LinkedIn and Facebook.

Gail checks your site, your rankings and what AI says about you, and emails you what she'd fix first.
